Hospice Hope Run Details


Please join us for the 21st Annual Hospice Hope Run! This year will be as exciting as ever with the return of the Post Run Pig Out Brunch.



The Hospice Hope Run is our signature event. Funds generated from sponsorship dollars, registration fees and pledging help us to make a real impact towards successfully bridging the $2 million dollar financial gap between reimbursements and the cost of care. We look forward to seeing you there.

FUNDRAISING & TEAM CAPTAIN INCENTIVES: Those individuals go "Go the Extra Mile"  to raise the most money and organize the largest teams will win free iPad Mini(s) and other fabulous prizes....

5K Run/Walk - Course certified
10K Run - Course certified
Deacon Dash – Children under 8 (Run with the Demon Deacon)

Event Schedule:
7:00 AM       Registration begins
7:15 AM        Volunteer Check In and Course Set -Up
8:45 AM       Aerobic Warm – up by Fleet Feet
9:00 AM       10K Run
9:15 AM        5K Walk/Run
10:30 AM     Deacon Dash - Children age 8 & under
10:45 AM     Awards Presentation following events
10:00 AM  - 12:00 pm POST RUN PIG OUT BRUNCH!!!! Live Entertainment 

Time Your Run:
Participants that want to time their Run or Walk should register as a timed participant. Timing will be provided by On The Mark Sports

$35 Timed
$15 Deacon Dash
$30 Proud in the Crowd: Supporters who want to register and receive a t-shirt, but cannot attend
$10 Post Run Pig-Out including catered brunch by Red Hot & Blue and live entertainment

Your entry fee includes:

Custom designed Performance T-Shirt, pre-run and post-run refreshments, entertainment, New Handmade Runner Awards, complete run results and event management.

Running to Honor, Running to Remember:
Walk/Run to Honor or Remember Someone Special ~ Go the extra mile to show support for Hospice & Palliative CareCenter by participating in Running to Honor, Running to Remember. With an additional $5 donation you will receive a Tyvec Placard. Write the name of someone who was special in your life (on the Placard) and wear their name to Honor and Remember them as you participate in the Hope Run. These can be picked up at Packet Pick-Up.

Proud in the Crowd:
Be a part of the fun without the run or walk. If you are unable to run/walk or join us on April 29th, you can still support Hospice and register as a “Proud in the Crowd” participant for $30 and receive the 21st Annual Hospice Hope Run commemorative designed T-shirt.
